We all need a hot first meal for lunch, because it enhances our vitality and fills the body with useful vitamins. It is thanks to the first dish, our gastric tract works for "excellent", but what to do if the soups and borscht are already just fed up and so want some exotic delicious hot?

There is a way - cook incredibly delicious French creamy soup. You will say that it is very insanely expensive and you will be right - one portion of such a dish in a restaurant costs at least 10 euros! But we are Slavs in order to redo everything to fit our needs. It was our cooks who invented the budget version of a creamy soup - a soup of processed cheese!

He is not inferior to his overseas counterpart, and in terms of economy and quickness of preparation, he is several times ahead of him. So, if you have never prepared such a thing in your life, then it's time to do it with us!

For 4 servings of this delicate and delicious soup you will need:

- 2 processed cheese;

- 4 potatoes;

- 50 ml of vegetable oil;

- 1 carrot;

- 2 onions;

- 0.5 tsp. salts;

- 1 bunch of green onions or other greens - to taste.

Since we will cook the soup in a budget option, there will be no meat products in it, but you can use them in cooking if you want. Just remember that the meat must first be boiled for 40 minutes so that it becomes soft.

First of all, peel the carrots and onions and cut them into cubes, carrots and half rings with onions. In a saucepan in which we cook this appetizing soup, heat the vegetable oil until hot and put the chopped vegetables in there. Pass them to softness and golden color for 5-10 minutes.

At this time, the potato tubers are peeled and washed in water. Cut out the wormholes if they come across on the tubers. Cut into large cubes and add salt to the pan with roasted vegetables. Tomim just a minute, stirring, and pour in hot water. Boil the soup for about 15 minutes - that is how much time potatoes need to become soft.

While the soup is boiling, we rub melted curds on a large grater. Little secret: to make the cheeses a little harder and better rubbed - put them for 5-6 minutes in the freezer. For this recipe, the most common “Druzhba” processed cheese curds are suitable - they are sold in any store.

Add the grated curds to the boiling soup and mix everything with a spoon or spatula. The first will immediately acquire a rich creamy taste and color.

The last step in cooking hot will be the addition of chopped green onions, previously washed in water. Optionally, you can add any greens. Ideal for parsley and dill soup.

Tomim soup on the stove for another 1-2 minutes and remove it from the heat. Pour into portioned deep plates and serve to the table with slices of bread and greens. Good appetite!

- 2 melted curds - 15 rubles;

- 4 potatoes - 7.5 rubles;

- 1 carrot - 2 rub .;
