Shortcrust pastry is prepared for dessert. To do this, use premium flour, which must be sieved several times in order to saturate with oxygen. Soft butter or margarine and other ingredients are added to it, and an elastic smooth dough is kneaded. Put it in the refrigerator and start cooking butter cream from boiled condensed milk. It is worth noting that for this only high-quality oil is taken, it will not work to prepare the cream from the spread. Boiled condensed milk can be purchased ready-made, or cook it yourself. To do this, take a pan with high sides. Put a metal can in it and fill it with cold water so that it completely covers it. Cook over low heat for two hours, adding water as needed. The jar must be completely cooled. The contents are combined with soft butter and whipped, gradually increasing speed, until smooth.

Ingredients

Cooking method
