All that is needed is a bundle of cottage cheese and a handful of drying, and after half an hour on the table already lies fragrant pastries. Hostesses, you can diversify the filling by adding raisins or candied fruits, dried apricots or prunes to it at will. And you can bake crumbs-cheesecakes with cherries on cottage cheese - there are tons of options! By the way, according to this principle, you can cook not only sweet cheesecakes, but also their snack bars with ham, mushrooms, cheese, etc.

Ingredients:

Drying - 200 g;

Cottage cheese - 200 g;

Egg - 1 pc.;

Sugar - to taste;

Manka - 1 tbsp. l

Water or milk - 1 tbsp.

Recipe:

Prepare the drying. To make them soft, fill them with milk or water for about 5 minutes. If the drying is not completely covered with liquid, turn them over and leave them for another couple of minutes. We drain excess water or milk.

Let's get stuffed. To do this, mix the cottage cheese, egg and sugar, grind all the ingredients together. You can add vanilla sugar for flavor.

To make the filling denser and keep in shape, add 1 tablespoon of semolina for 200 g of cottage cheese and leave for 15 minutes to allow the grains to swell. Mix. The filling turned out to be soft and uniform.

On a baking sheet covered with parchment, lay out the dryer. Using a teaspoon, place the filling in the center of each drying, carefully leveling the edges of the curd center. If you want to speed up the process, transfer the curd into a plastic bag, cut a corner and, as from a culinary bag, squeeze the filling into the center of the dryer. This method will not only reduce the time for making cheesecakes, but also make the process more accurate.

Bake cheesecakes at 180 * for 10-12 minutes. Be guided by the color of the curd mass: as soon as it is browned - you can remove the dessert from the oven.
