Raspberry tincture is not only tasty, but also healthy. This bright, sophisticated dessert drink can be easily prepared on your own.

It turns out a natural, moderately strong tincture, which is especially popular in the cold winter.

Raspberry tincture at home - the basic principles of preparation

Fresh and even frozen berries are suitable for tincture. The latter must first be thawed. The berries are carefully sorted, removing all the garbage, washed, and only after that they are used to make tinctures. The basis is alcoholic beverages. It can be moonshine, cognac, alcohol, vodka or other alcohol. It is worth remembering that the taste of the drink will differ depending on the alcohol used.

In some cases, tincture is made from raspberry jam or jam.

The drink is prepared only in glass or clay dishes. Prepared berries fall asleep in the selected dishes, pour alcohol and insist for several days in a dark place. Then the drink is filtered, poured into glass bottles and stored in a cool room.

To make the taste of tincture even more interesting, add citrus peel, vanilla or cinnamon to it.

For sweetness, sugar or honey is added to the drink.

Recipe 1. Tincture of raspberries at home on vodka with leaves

Ingredients

kg raspberries;

granulated sugar;

10 g of dried raspberry leaves;

liter of quality vodka.

Cooking method

1. Sort the berries of raspberries, removing twigs, leaves and other garbage. Put raspberries in a colander or sieve. Rinse gently under the tap and leave the glass to excess fluid. Transfer the prepared berries to a deep bowl and mash with a potato crusher.

2. Wash the jar thoroughly, dry it and transfer the raspberry mass into it. Pour in vodka, mix and leave in a dark place for a month and a half. You should not insist anymore, otherwise the bone will give unnecessary bitterness.

3. Gently strain the drink. Add sugar to your taste. Stir and pour into half-liter bottles. Cork tightly. It is advisable to withstand tincture for a couple of months before use.

Recipe 2. Tincture of raspberries at home on alcohol

Ingredients

raspberries - one and a half kg;

drinking water - 500 ml;

alcohol 96% 600 ml + 400 ml of drinking water;

granulated sugar - half a kilogram.

Cooking method

1. Sort the berries of raspberries. Spoiled fruits, twigs and leaves discard. Put raspberries in a colander and rinse under the tap. Leave the glass to water.

2. Put the berries in a glass or enamel bowl and mash to a pulp state.

3. Alcohol dilute with 400 ml of drinking water. Stir. Pour raspberries with an alcohol solution, mix and leave in the sun for a week. Stir occasionally.

4. Filter the finished tincture through a layer of gauze and cotton wool. Press the cake. Prepare syrup from granulated sugar and drinking water. Pour it into the tincture and mix. Pour the drink into a three-liter bottle, close the capron lid and let stand for another three weeks. If a precipitate appears, filter the tincture again.

Recipe 3. Tincture of raspberries at home on gin

Ingredients

kg of fresh raspberries;

zest of two limes;

one and a half liters of gin.

Cooking method

1. Carefully sort the raspberries and put them in a colander. Berries must remain intact.

2. Wash the jar, dry and place raspberry berries in it, filling the glass container three quarters of the volume. Remove the zest from the limes using the finest grater. Add it to the jar. Pour the contents under the neck with gin. Close and place in a dark place.

3. After a couple of days, if necessary, add gin. Shake the bottle daily. Insist for three weeks.

4. Then drain the tincture. Do not squeeze the berries. Pour the drink in half-liter bottles and store in a cool room.

Recipe 4. Tincture of raspberries at home on cognac

Ingredients

fresh raspberries - 400 g;

cognac - half a liter.

Cooking method

1. Wash and dry a liter jar thoroughly. Sort the raspberry berries, separate from the tails and remove any debris.

2. Put the prepared fruits in a jar. Pour them with cognac, close the lid and put in a warm place.

3. Infuse the drink for two months. Then drain the tincture, strain through a special filter. Pour into a 0.7 liter bottle. Store your drink in a cool place.

Recipe 5. Tincture of raspberries at home on rum

Ingredients

kg of fresh raspberries;

30 g of granulated sugar;

half a liter of light rum;

lemon;

250 ml of purified water.

Cooking method

1. Put over the washed and washed raspberry berries, put in enameled dishes, fill with drinking water. Add juice and granulated sugar squeezed from lemon.

2. Put on low heat and cook, continuously mixing, a quarter of an hour. The berries should be steamed well and let the juice go. Then remove the dishes from the heat and cool completely.

3. Strain the mixture through cheesecloth, wring out well, filter again and put on the fire again. Boil it. Pour rum directly into the hot mixture, mix well, cover and cover with a warm cloth. Leave for a month, then filter and bottle.

Option 6. Tincture of raspberries at home from jam

Ingredients

raspberry jam - 500 g;

moonshine - half a liter.

Cooking method

1. Transfer the jam into a clean, dry liter jar. Pour moonshine and mix. Close the capron lid. We put glass containers in heat for five days. Shake the contents daily.

2. Filter the finished tincture through a layer of gauze and cotton wool. Pour into bottles and put into storage in a cool room.

Recipe 7. Tincture of raspberries at home with spices

Ingredients

600 g raspberries;

10 g of sugar;

500 ml of brandy;

vanilla extract;

2 cm cinnamon sticks;

three buds of cloves.

Cooking method

1. Sort fresh raspberries, remove all unnecessary. Put in a colander and rinse. Do everything carefully so that the berries remain intact.

2. Take a clean can. Put raspberries and spices in it. Fill everything with alcohol, close the lid and put the container in a warm place.

3. After three weeks, open the jar, pour the contents into another clean dish through cheesecloth. Squeeze the remaining berries. Add granulated sugar to your taste. Bottle and age for at least another month.

Recipe 8. Tincture of raspberries at home with chili and ginger

Ingredients

a pound of fresh raspberries;

half a pod of chili;

700 ml of alcohol 70%;

20 g of fresh ginger;

550 ml of drinking water;

70 g of fructose.

Cooking method

1. Raspberries can be used fresh or frozen. Sort fresh berries, rinse. Frozen completely frozen.

2. Put the fruits in a clean glass container and cover with alcohol. Insist ten days in a dark place. Peel, wash and grate finely. Wash the pepper, slightly incise. Add pepper and ginger to the infusion jar.

3. Leave for three days. Then try, if the drink is spicy, you can drain it. If you want the tincture to be even sharper, stand it for a day. Then drain, filter, dilute with water and add granulated sugar to taste. Bottle the tincture. Stand it for at least a couple more weeks before use.

Ingredients

1 kg 200 g raspberries;

three buds of cloves;

two liters of moonshine;

3 g of apricot or cherry kernels.

Cooking method

1. Put buds of cloves and apricot kernels in a mortar and crush with a pestle. Transfer the spices into a clean glass container.

2. Raspberry berries well sorted out. Twigs, rotten fruits and leaves remove. Put the fruits in a colander and rinse under running water. Put the berries in a jar. Fill the remaining volume with alcohol. Put in heat for three weeks. Shake the jar daily.

3. After the allotted time, carefully drain the tincture. Strain through a sieve, a special filter or cheesecloth. Give it a try. If the drink is too strong, pour half a liter of water and mix. Add granulated sugar to your taste. Pour the drink into bottles, cork tightly and let stand for another month.

Raspberry tincture at home - tips and tricks

  • Prepare the tincture only in glass or clay dishes.
  • Add sugar or honey to an almost ready tincture to your taste.
  • Soak the drink for at least a couple more weeks before drinking.
  • Do not throw berries, they can make syrup, which can be used to soak cakes.
  • If the drink is too strong, you can dilute it with water to the desired degree.
