Ingredients

Recipe 2: Yeast Cake with Apples and Raisins

A variant of soft and airy pie with juicy and sweet apple and raisin filling. According to the same recipe, you can make small pies.

Ingredients

• 200 ml of milk;

• 100 ml of water;

• 50 grams of sugar;

• 40 grams of oil;

• 8 g of dry yeast;

• 0.5 tsp salts;

• flour.

For filling:

• 3 apples;

• 150 grams of raisins;

• sugar;

• a pinch of cinnamon.
