Lavash roll with cream cheese

In just 40 minutes you get a nutritious, delicious, presentable dish! So here we go.

Ingredients (for one roll)

1. Lavash - 2 cakes (1 package)

2. Cream cheese - 5 pieces

3. Fresh cucumber - 2 pieces

4. Sprats - 1 can

5. Dill greens - a bunch

6. Mayonnaise - 2 tablespoons

Products on the table - get started!

Immediately prepare all the fillings for pita bread. We will have two of them. One of processed cheese and sprats, the other from cucumbers and herbs.

Stuffing 1

The first thing to do is put melted cheese in the freezer for 10 minutes. It should be tight and tight, so it is easier to rub on a grater, it does not crumble.

In the meantime, open the jar of sprat, put it on the dish and gently knead the fish with oil with a fork into the pulp.

The cheese was slightly frozen in a freezer in 10 minutes, we take it out and rub it on a fine grater.

Now you need to combine the cheese and sprats.

In a deep bowl, gently mix the two ingredients.

Add 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise, or sour cream.

Rub fresh washed cucumbers on a coarse grater.

Rinse the dill and finely chop.

Combine the greens with the cucumbers and salt a little.
