Chicken drumsticks - 1 kg

Lemon - 1 piece

Honey - 2-3 tablespoons

Dense apples - 5-6 pieces

Salt, garlic, dried spicy greens - to taste

Rinse chicken drumsticks in cold water and pat dry.

Chicken drumsticks - 1 kg

Potatoes - 5-6 tubers

Carrots - 1 piece

Onion - 1 onion

String beans - 200 g

1-2 peppers sweet pepper

Cauliflower or broccoli - 200 g

Sour cream - 200 g

Mayonnaise - 2-3 tablespoons

Curry, black pepper, oregano to taste

Raisin - half a cup

Oranges - 2, better sour

Mayonnaise

Garlic - 5-6 cloves

Prepare a marinade of mayonnaise, juice and zest of one orange, passed through a garlic press. Salting it is not necessary!

Large chicken drumsticks - 1.5 kg

Champignons - 400 g

Cheese - 200 g

Eggs - 2 pieces

Sour cream or butter for lubrication

Garlic, spicy herbs - to taste, but you can without them.

Cooking method

Make an incision in the shins in the part of the bone, which is usually taken by hand. Carefully remove the skin, being careful not to damage it. Cut off the meat from the bone and chop it with a knife rather finely.

Wash and clean the champignons, also grind them with a knife. Cheese grate. Combine meat, cheese, mushrooms in a bowl, drive two eggs in the same bowl, mix everything thoroughly, salt. If you really like spices, you can add garlic, oregano, coriander.

Chicken drumsticks - 1 kg

Sour cream - 150 g

Garlic - 3-4 cloves

Cheese - 100 g

Cooked smoked ham - a few slices by the number of shins

Puff pastry - 1 pack purchased

Marinate the drumsticks in sour cream, into which garlic is squeezed, for a couple of hours.

Chicken drumsticks - 1 kg

Smoked bacon - 200 g

Hard cheese - 200 g

Any mustard, granular, 4 tablespoons

Mix mustard with mayonnaise and pickle chicken drumsticks in this mixture, preferably overnight.

Ingredients

Chicken drumsticks - 1 kg

Fresh cabbage - 0.5 kg

Sauerkraut - 0.5 kg

Smoked bacon or similar meat with fat - 200 g

Tomatoes - 4-5 pieces

Onion - 1 onion

Tomato paste if necessary - 2-3 spoons

Cooking method

Peel tomatoes and finely chop with a knife. Marinate the shanks in tomatoes.

Chop fresh cabbage, mix it with sauerkraut.

Cut the brisket into small pieces and fry it in a saucepan, dipping the fat.

Remove the pieces of meat, and stew the cabbage on the melted fat until half ready.

Remove the lower legs from the tomato gruel, put on another pan and fry until half cooked.
