On the birthday of Vladimir Vysotsky, Channel One, as always, broadcast the musical program “Own Track”, which traditionally ends with the award. This year, among other things, the program was remembered by the performance of actress Chulpan Khamatova, who performed the song “About the White Elephant”. This was the first singing performance of the artist, which was subjected to harsh criticism. Chulpan even advised him never to sing again.
Khamatova herself stated that her performance was unplanned, she did not rehearse at all, and indeed, her dress should have been different.
After the concert, the notorious "journalist" Sveta Kuritsyna Sveta from Ivanovo wanted to interview the actress based on personal questions. Chulpan was indignant, inquiring if he knew what event had just passed Kuritsyn.
Complaining to Sveta to the organizers of the concert, Chulpan achieved that the unfortunate journalist was asked to leave the event.
