If you like vegetables and love meat, then you probably often cook various stews and something meat for them - cutlets, goulash, meatballs and more. But what if you combine these two options. Vegetable stew with meat, it is tried more than once. But vegetable stew with meatballs is something new and very tasty.

It turns out juicy, tasty (well, here, of course), satisfying (which will delight men very much) and beautiful! We will cook stew in a slow cooker, so our participation in cooking is minimal.

Meatballs are prepared from any kind of minced meat. There are only a few nuances in cooking. It is better not to fry chicken meatballs, they will be cooked during stewing. But ground beef and minced pork reveals its taste better after roasting. Therefore, meatballs from these types of minced meat is better to fry.

Just say a few words about a set of vegetables for stews. There is already where to go for a fantasy. Look in your bins and choose what you like or what you have now. We will take a standard set - potatoes, carrots, onions and cabbage. These vegetables simply must be in the pantry of every housewife, because this is the basis for many dishes. But besides this golden four you can add any other vegetables - zucchini, tomatoes, zucchini, eggplant, cauliflower, broccoli and more.

Ingredients:

Potato - 6 pcs.;

Carrots - 1 pc.;

Onion - 1 pc.

Cabbage - 1/2 head of cabbage;

Vegetable oil - 3 tbsp. l .;

Stuffing - 300 g;

Egg - 1 pc.;

Semka - 50 g;

Tomato juice - 300 ml;

Salt and pepper to taste;

Greens - optional.

Recipe:

We clean onion and carrots and cut into cubes. Pour a little vegetable oil into the multicooker bowl. In the panel, select the "Fry" or "Baking" mode. Sauté the vegetables for 5-7 minutes.

Peel the potatoes and cut them into cubes. If the potatoes are shallow and young, you can just wash them well and put them in the multicooker bowl. Fry for another 5-7 minutes.

Prepare minced meat for meatballs. Twist the meat twice through a meat grinder. Add the egg and semolina to the prepared meat. Remember to add spices - salt and pepper - this is the minimum set.

Roll the meatballs from the minced meat and fry them separately in a frying pan. It takes literally 5 minutes. Make the maximum fire, we need to get the minced meat a little.

Now add the cabbage and fried meatballs.

Add tomato juice and spices.

Select the "Extinguishing" mode, the cooking time is 30 minutes. Close the lid and enjoy the rest. At the end of cooking, you can add a couple of cloves of garlic and fresh herbs.

Vegetable stew can be served immediately.
