How to fry mushrooms? There is nothing complicated.

Ingredients:

Champignons - 500 g;

Onion - 1 large onion;

Salt to taste;

Vegetable oil - 4 tablespoons.

We take our mushrooms and look at them. Clean? So you do not need to wash and clean them. Maximum - wipe with a dry sponge. If you wash the mushrooms, neither lose their flavor. Therefore, resort to water procedures as a last resort.

Cut mushrooms as you like. We prefer large pieces, so cut off the legs and hats cut into 4 parts. You can slice the mushrooms. Then they will be a little more crispy.

We put our mushrooms in a large pan, pour vegetable oil and fry over high heat for about 15 minutes. The main thing is to catch the moment when the moisture evaporates. And mix the mushrooms to fry them. If there is too much moisture, you can drain it from the pan.

When the mushrooms are fried, you can add onions. Fry it all together for another 10 minutes. Salt the dish at the very end.
