In any case, the first thing we cook is the meat, putting the selected pieces in a pan with cold slightly salted water. We take out the finished meat, cool, cut into portions. We filter the broth itself: it is useful to us in a hot dish, but not in a cold one. The broth can be left and then cooked on it any other dish.

Next, let's take the beets. Choose sugar bright maroon vegetable varieties. Fans can use beet tops. Beets can be pre-boiled or baked whole, and then, sliced, add to the soup, or chopped passer in vegetable oil.
