Omelette fish - general cooking principles

It is advisable to use fish for such dishes not a bony, ideally clean fillet. Otherwise it will be inconvenient to eat. You can use river or sea fish. The product is cut into pieces, flavored with all kinds of spices, watered with sauces, vegetables are added. If the dish is baked, vegetables can be fried beforehand.

Omelet for filling fish can be prepared in the classic way with the addition of milk. But sometimes in the ingredients there are other products: cheese, herbs, various vegetables, mushrooms. In any case, the scrambled eggs are thoroughly mixed before pouring the fish. If the dish is baked in the oven, then on top it can be sprinkled with hard cheese. In a frying pan and a slow cooker, they usually do not.

Omelette fish in the oven

A great option for lunch or dinner. You can use any fish, but preferably without bones, so that it is more convenient to eat.

Ingredients

• 400 g of fish;

• 20 ml of soy sauce;

• 5 eggs;

• 50 g sour cream;

• 50 g of cheese;

• 20 g of oil;

• pepper, salt.

Cooking

1. Cut the fish into small pieces, sprinkle with pepper and pour soy sauce. Mix and leave to marinate until the oven warms up. We set it at 200 degrees.

2. Put fish pieces in a greased form. It is advisable that they do not touch each other. Put in the oven and bake for 15 minutes.

3. Beat sour cream with eggs and grated cheese. Season the omelette with pepper, salt a little.

4. We get the fish. We take a spatula and check if the pieces are sticking to the form. If this happens, carefully peel off, but do not remove.

5. Water the fish on top with an omelet. We do this carefully so that the product is evenly distributed in the mass, not displaced in one heap.

6. Re-place the form in the oven. Cook the omelet for 10-12 minutes or just bring to a brown crust.

Omelette fish in a pan

A quick and easy way to cook fish in an omelet in a pan. Any seedless filet is used.

Ingredients

• 300 g fillet;

• 1 onion;

• 30 g of oil;

• 3-4 eggs;

• 10 ml of soy sauce;

• salt pepper;

• 3 tablespoons of milk.

Cooking

1. Dice the onion, lightly fry in oil, a couple of minutes is enough.

2. Fillet cut into strips or small pieces, add to the onion. We fry together almost until ready. 5-7 minutes are enough.

3. Sprinkle the fish and onions with soy sauce, reduce the heat, cover and keep under the lid for a couple of minutes.

4. Beat eggs with milk, add spices to them, salt a little, as part of the salt is already in soy sauce.

5. Fill the fish with an omelet.

6. Cover again, hold under the lid for 3-4 minutes, the fire is still small.

7. Optionally, add a flame at the end and fry the bottom of the omelet.

8. We put the finished dish on plates, sprinkle with herbs.

Omelette fish in the oven with tomatoes (mackerel)

A recipe for an amazing dish of juicy and delicious fish in an omelet in the oven. It is advisable to use tomatoes not fleshy, but fleshy. A large amount of juice will delay the preparation.

Ingredients

• 1 freshly frozen mackerel;

• 120 ml cream 10%;

• 3 eggs;

• 1 tomato;

• salt and oil;

• 2-3 sprigs of parsley.

Cooking

1. Gutted mackerel. We remove the ridge with bones. Or we use 2 ready-made fillets. Cut into pieces a little less than a matchbox. We shift to a greased form so that there is space between the fish. We place the skin down.

2. Top with mackerel salt and pepper.

3. Cook the omelet. Beat cream with eggs. Add chopped parsley, season with spices.

4. Water the fish with cooked eggs.

5. Cut the tomato. First, in half, then across. You should get pieces in the shape of a half circle.

6. Lay out the pieces of tomato on top.

7. We put the fish to bake. Cook the dish in the oven at 180 degrees for approximately 25 minutes.

Omelette fish with vegetables

A variant of a very tender and completely dietary fish dish with vegetables in an omelet. Here it is cooked in a pan. But similarly, you can cook in a slow cooker using the baking mode.

Ingredients

• 200 g of fish fillet;

• 1 carrot;

• 0.5 bell pepper;

• 1 onion;

• 3-4 eggs;

• 25 ml of oil;

• spices.

Cooking

1. Rub the carrots. Chop the onion head thinly.

2. Pour the oil into the pan and heat it well, then add the onions and carrots. If vegetables are put in cold oil, they will absorb it.

3. Fry vegetables for a couple of minutes.

4. Cut the fish fillet into cubes per centimeter, add to the vegetables. Bring to readiness.

5. Beat the eggs with a fork of salt. Add diced bell pepper and 2 tablespoons of water. You can use milk or cream, but not too greasy.

6. Pour the fish and vegetables with the egg mixture.

7. Cover the pan with a lid. We make the fire a little less than average.

8. We stand the omelet for 3-4 minutes, turn it off and leave it for another couple of minutes.

9. Can be laid out on plates! Serve with vegetables, tomato juice, herbs.

Omelette fish in the oven with green peas

For this dish, you can use pollock, pink salmon, mackerel or any other fish fillet. Tilapia is very tasty. We take fresh peas, but you can also use a canned product.

Ingredients

• 700 g of fish;

• a glass of peas;

• 4 eggs;

• 2 onion heads;

• 100 g of cheese;

• 200 ml of milk;

• 1 tsp seasonings for fish;

• butter;

• 1 tbsp. l starch.

Cooking

1. Onion cut into large half rings. Pour a little oil into the pan and lightly fry the slices.

2. We shift the onions to the bottom of the refractory form, distribute the layer with a spatula.

3. Cut the fish into slices of any size and shape, sprinkle with spices, mix by hand. If there is time, then this can be done in advance to allow the product to stand a little and marinate.

4. Spread pieces of fish in spices on top of the onion, do not tightly need.

5. Spread honey with slices of pea fish. If a canned product is used, then we must merge the whole marinade. It only spoils the taste of the dish.

6. Prepare an omelet from milk with eggs, grated cheese and starch. Do not forget to season with spices.

7. Pour the dish with scrambled eggs.

8. Put in the oven. Such a fish is prepared for 30-35 minutes at 180 degrees. Then we take out the dish from the oven, sprinkle with finely chopped herbs.

Omelette fish with potatoes in a slow cooker

Another option for a healthy, satisfying and simple omelette fish dish. Potatoes need to be boiled in their uniforms in advance.

Ingredients

• 200 g of fish;

• 2 potatoes;

• 40 g butter;

• 1 onion;

• 3 eggs;

• 40 g of cheese;

• 50 g sour cream.

Cooking

1. Cut the onion into small cubes.

2. Put the oil in the multicooker, turn on the baking program. As soon as the fat begins to melt, add the chopped onion to it. Lightly fry.

3. Cut the fish into cubes, send to the onion. Fry together for another five minutes.

4. During this time, cook the potatoes. If the tubers are cooked in their uniforms, then peel. Dice, spread to the fish.

5. Let everything prepare together while we are doing the omelet. Potatoes with fish can be slightly salted.

6. Beat the eggs and sour cream, salt and pepper, add a little grated cheese.

7. Water the contents of the multicooker with an omelet.

8. Close, cook under the lid. We do not change the mode. Enough 10-15 minutes and you can turn off the assistant.

9. You can remove the dish by turning the bowl on a bowl. Or pick up an omelet with a spatula, having previously separated a portion of the desired size.

Omelette fish with mushrooms in the oven

For this wonderful dish of fish in an omelet in the oven, for which canned tuna and boiled mushrooms are used. You can take any, including ordinary champignons.

Ingredients

• 6 eggs;

• 150 ml cream;

• 100 g of cheese;

• 1 can of tuna in oil;

• 0.5 bunch of dill;

• spices, butter and crackers.

Cooking

1. Beat eggs with cream.

2. Cut the mushrooms into small cubes, add to the eggs.

3. Drain all the liquid from the tuna, knead the pieces with a fork and also send to the omelet.

4. We chop dill, shift to the total mass.

5. We rub the cheese, send half to the eggs.

6. Lubricate the form, sprinkle with crackers, pour the prepared mixture.

7. The second part of the cheese sprinkle the dish on top.

8. Put the dish in the oven preheated to 200 degrees, bake for 15-20 minutes. As soon as a crust appears on the surface, the omelet can be removed.

Omelette fish - useful tips and tricks

• The more thoroughly the eggs are mixed with milk, sour cream and other liquid ingredients, the tastier the omelet. If the liquid does not merge with the bulk, it will accumulate on top of the dish.

• If you need to prepare a dietary version of omelet, you can simply reduce the number of yolks or simply eliminate them. The calorie content of a protein dish is much lower.

• Omelet will turn out to be much softer and more aromatic if you mix vegetable oil and butter when frying. The dish baking dish can also be greased with butter, and sprinkle with crackers for a beautiful crust.

• To make the fish juicy and aromatic, you can pre-flavor the slices with spices, add sauce to them and leave to marinate. Unlike meat, fish is soaked quickly, just leave the product alone for 40-60 minutes.
