To cook chicken in multicookers, you can use any of its parts, or a whole carcass, if you cook stuffed poultry. But most often this dish is prepared from breast or filet.

Any mushrooms are used, depending on the season. This can be the mushrooms or oyster mushrooms that you collected, and purchased mushrooms. The taste of the dish will not be affected. Chicken is cooked with fresh, frozen or dried mushrooms. The latter are soaked for two hours in boiled water before cooking.

To make chicken with mushrooms in a slow cooker with a delicate, creamy taste, it is stewed in cream or sour cream. In addition, greens and spices are added to the dish so that it is fragrant and not fresh.

Recipe 1. Chicken with mushrooms in a slow cooker with sour cream

Ingredients

  • 450 g chicken;

  • black pepper;

  • 450 g of mushrooms;

  • 200 g sour cream;

  • salt;

  • two thirds of drinking water;

  • bulb;

  • 50 g of flour;

  • 60 ml of vegetable oil;

  • a bunch of greenery;

  • 5 g chicken seasoning.

Cooking method

1. Rinse the chicken fillet under the tap, dip it with napkins and cut into medium slices.

2. Wash the mushrooms well and brush them so that no dirt remains. Cut the legs and chop them with straws.

3. Peel and finely chop the onion. Rinse greens, shake and chop.
